VISITOR SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE
We are looking to hire an upbeat, cheerful individual to make an impactful and memorable experience for our visitors. The Visitor Services Representative is responsible for greeting guests at the front desk, educating visitors about the museum’s offerings, and assisting with special events, birthday parties, and outreach. The right candidate will have customer service as well as safe cash-handling experience. This role requires computer proficiency, excellent writing and verbal skills, and full schedule flexibility including weekends and holidays. Training is provided but a strong customer service background is a must as most communication is done face-to-face.

Pay Rate:
$14.00
Qualifications:
At least one year of customer service experience High school diploma or higher Excellent oral communication Speak English fluently Tact, courtesy, enthusiasm and good judgment Must have reliable transportation Must be able to provide three professional references The Cox Science Center and Aquarium’s goal is to Open Every Mind to Science.
