Responsibilities :

Engage with customers in a given territory toeducate them on the telecommunications products and servicesoffered by our clients. Establish and maintain relationships withconsumers to encourage repeat business and drive sales. Keepup-to-date with the latest telecommunications technologies toprovide accurate information to customers. Inform customers ofongoing promotions, bundled packages and promotions, and specialdeals. Confidently address and resolve customer objections andconcerns, demonstrating product value and tailoring solutions tocustomer needs to close sales effectively. Present ideas to theWireless Customer Support Agent team for product improvements ornew sales tactics based on customer interactions and markettrends.
