Watermelon Swim has a great opportunity for dynamic and client-focused individuals to join our melonstatic team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of Team Melon, you will: Manage the Front Desk. Greet clients with a professional and hospitable welcome, providing exceptional customer service. Assist clients with information, purchases, scheduling, questions and/or concerns promptly and professionally. Work collaboratively and seamlessly with other team members and management to ensure smooth and efficient operation. Characteristics, Skills and Qualifications necessary for success: Passionate, friendly, organized, and dependable. Front Desk experience and solid customer service skills Excellent communication skills to easily build relationships, assess customer needs, and recommend the best services.
