Bilingual Inbound sales and Customer Service Representative Hydro-Turf, LLC 1401 North Myrtle Avenue, Clearwater, FL 33755 We are looking for a bilingual inbound sales/customer service representative: Answer telephone calls from customers and help them with their order inquiries. Assist customers throughout the sale process, providing information of the products, the availability, shipping time, prices. Process orders through accounting system and prepare documents for shipping. Follow up on order process and keep records of customer interactions. Knowledge of shipping software (FedEx/DHL) a plus. Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Computer savvy. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Proven customer support experience. •
