Insurance Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
- The CSR will have the primary responsibility of attending to policy service requests from our current clients, and preparing renewals.
- Policy servicing can result in bonuses earned by the CSR through policy rewrites and account rounding.
- Assist in preparing quotes for agents, using quoting software platforms
- Assist the Agency Administrator with processing and electronic filing of policy documentation, obtaining underwriting information for client quote preparation, sending new client follow-up emails and policy retention efforts.
Insurance Customer Service Representative Job Requirements:
