• Personal Lines James Insurance Solutions 2100 5th Avenue North, Saint Petersburg, FL 33713 Prior experience in the property and casualty insurance industry is required for this position, with a current 4-40 or 2-20 insurance license.

This is a customer service position, with the potential for earning bonuses and future advancement .

Insurance Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

• The CSR will have the primary responsibility of attending to policy service requests from our current clients, and preparing renewals.
• Policy servicing can result in bonuses earned by the CSR through policy rewrites and account rounding.
• Assist in preparing quotes for agents, using quoting software platforms
• Assist the Agency Administrator with processing and electronic filing of policy documentation, obtaining underwriting information for client quote preparation, sending new client follow-up emails and policy retention efforts.

• Previous insurance experience and a 4-40 or 2-20 license is required
