Customer Service/ Sales Job Summary :

Car dealership seeking customer service and salespeople. 80% of people walking in a dealership nowadays already know what car they want. In essence this is an internet job. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and support. Your primary responsibility will be to schedule times for people to come and look at vehichles. Ensuring a positive experience through effective communication and problem-solving skills. Ideal candidates will possess strong interpersonal abilities and a commitment to delivering high-quality client services.

Duties:

• Schedule times for people to come in and look at a vehichle.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
• Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in our computerized system.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and improve processes.
• Uphold company policies and procedures while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Experience:

Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred, especially in a call center environment. Strong phone etiquette and communication skills in English are essential.

Must Haves:

A valid driver’s license.
