Frontier Customer Associate Tarpon Springs Enterprise Dunedin, FL Tarpon Springs Enterprise is currently seeking a driven Frontier Customer Associate to join our winning team. We are known for delivering innovative promotional sales and business development campaigns for our clients.

As we continue to make our mark in Tarpon Springs and provide outstanding client support, we are excited to expand our team and welcome a Frontier Customer Associate. This immediate, full-time position is ideal for candidates who possess a passion for delivering excellent customer service and client support. Here at Tarpon Springs Enterprise, our Frontier Customer Associates understand that customer satisfaction and client satisfaction go hand-in-hand. You’ll work directly with customers to explain services, resolve inquiries, and enhance the customer experience.

Frontier Customer Associate Duties/Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service and support, representing Frontier’s products and services face-to-face in the Tarpon Springs market. Conduct product demonstrations and answer questions about Frontier’s products and services. Track campaign performance and report sales metrics directly to Senior Management and Frontier. Engage with customers when conducting product demonstrations, and confidently answer questions regarding products and services Track campaign performance and report sales metrics directly to Senior Management and Frontier, providing feedback on areas of improvement Adhere to client compliance guidelines at all times to ensure the brand is represented in a professional manner Attend daily meetings both virtually and in-person to ensure a thorough understanding of our clients’ products, services, and promotions

Qualifications:

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required. Prior experience in customer service, sales, or a client-facing role is preferred but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A proactive attitude and problem-solving skills to address customer needs effectively. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing customer demands.

Position Overview:
Employment Type:

Full-time, entry-level employee position.

Pay Structure:

Commission-based compensation. Typical earnings average between $120-$150 per new customer enrolled, with associates typically enrolling 2-3 new customers per day.

Please note:

This is a commission-only position with no base salary.

Hours:

Approximately 40 hours per week, Monday through Saturday.

Work Location:

Assigned territories for face-to-face sales environments, plus in-office meetings as needed.

Clients & Products:

Frontier Communications customers; promoting and enrolling new customers for Internet and other telecommunications services.

$43,000.00 – $57,000.00 per year
