Forge initial relationships with customers from the point of introduction to the close of the sale and beyond into ongoing customer care Handle all customer concerns, inquiries, and requests in a professional and solution-oriented manner Promote and sell Frontier telecommunications products and services, including internet, voice, and data solutions, in a retail setting Listen to and understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions based on their business or personal requirements Stay up-to-date on the latest product offerings, market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback Qualifications of a
