This role is crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering strong relationships with our clients. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional service. You will be working to build long-lasting relationships by turning prospects into customers and then into long term clients. Responsibilities Engage with customers through warm calling and outbound calling to identify their needs and provide appropriate solutions. Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person, ensuring a high level of service at all times. Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to facilitate sales while ensuring customer satisfaction. Collaborate with the sales team to support business development initiatives and drive inside sales efforts. Conduct telemarketing activities to promote products and services, generating leads for the sales team. Provide feedback on customer interactions to improve service processes and enhance the overall customer experience. Skills Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively. Experience in business development or sales is an asset. Ability to negotiate effectively while maintaining positive customer relationships. Previous experience in customer service or telemarketing is highly desirable. A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on delivering exceptional service. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
