We are looking for a Customer Service Representative team member to join our TEAM at the main production facility located in Largo, Florida. SUMMARY As a Customer Care Representative in the marine industry, you will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Your primary goal is to foster strong relationships with customers and provide timely and effective solutions to their concerns. This role requires excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of marine products and services, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

What You’ll Do:

Including but not limited to the following: Provide world class customer service, keeping a voice at the phone always. Trouble shooting issues via telephone Respond quickly to email inquiries when received Communicate with customers who submit web inquiries; monitor and respond to web forum. Collect product manuals and pamphlets for Owner’s bags, coordinate with QC to include completed bags with shipped boats. Projects for other departments and various material control functions as needed

What You’ll Bring:

Knowledge of power boats, with ability to troubleshoot problems Marine Support and/or manufacturing warranty experience High School Diploma or equivalent Experience and ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Must be able to work any shift and overtime as required Complies with all policies, specifications, regulations, and instructions Perform all tasks in a safe and responsible manner
