Us Highway 19 North, Clearwater, FL 33764 Job Overview We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team. This role is for our Mobile Department. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring that their vehicle service needs are met with professionalism and efficiency. This role requires a strong understanding of vehicle maintenance, communication and dispatch skills. As a Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction while driving sales and service success within our facility. Responsibilities Greet customers promptly and professionally, establishing a positive rapport. Assess customer needs by discussing vehicle issues and recommending appropriate services. Document service requests accurately and transmit information to the service department. Collaborate with technicians to ensure timely completion of services while maintaining high-quality standards. Provide detailed service writing, including estimates and explanations of repairs needed. Follow up with customers regarding service completion and satisfaction. Maintain an organized workspace and ensure all customer interactions are recorded accurately in the system. Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and services to effectively communicate with customers. Qualifications Proven experience in a similar role is preferred. Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance, communication and dispatch skills. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele and team. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently. Sales experience is a plus, as it contributes to achieving service goals. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage service writing and documentation accurately. A valid driver’s license is required; additional certifications related to automotive service are advantageous. $63,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
