The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in automotive service and maintenance, with excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers. As a Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing accurate information about vehicle services, facilitating repairs, and upselling additional services when appropriate. Responsibilities Greet customers and assess their vehicle service needs. Provide detailed explanations of recommended services and repairs. Schedule appointments and manage the service workflow efficiently. Collaborate with service technicians to ensure accurate diagnosis and repair of vehicles. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of automotive technology and service offerings. Upsell additional services based on customer needs and vehicle condition. Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and service history. Requirements Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in automotive service or maintenance. Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar role is preferred. Familiarity with oil changes, vehicle maintenance, and diesel engine repair is advantageous. Excellent sales skills with the ability to upsell services effectively. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact professionally with customers. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
