Job Description:

We’re seeking a high-energy Client Re-Engagement Specialist to help us reconnect with past clients and book them for consultations using our WAVV dialer system. You’ll make 500+ calls/texts per day and set 4-6 appointments daily to directly support our revenue goals. If you’re driven, confident on the phone, and love helping people take the next step toward wellness, this role is for you!

Responsibilities:

Make 500+ outbound calls and texts daily using WAVV dialer Set 4-6 consultations per day across our service offerings Follow proven scripts to reconnect with past clients and promote new offers Enter notes and bookings into CRM accurately Provide daily reporting on outreach and results Collaborate with our team to adjust offers and follow-up based on client needs

Requirements:

Must be goal-driven and comfortable with high-volume outreach Clear, professional communication skills (phone and text) Sales or customer service experience preferred Ability to work independently and hit daily metrics Familiarity with wellness or aesthetics industry is a plus

Daily Activities:

Log into WAVV dialer system and begin outreach Contact 500+ past clients per day via call and text Follow call-to-book scripts to secure 4-6 daily consultations Confirm bookings and enter client notes in CRM Follow up with warm leads and reschedule missed appointments Track performance and submit daily reporting to management Adjust messaging based on active center promotions and client history
