Your Responsibilities:
Analyze clients’ insurance needs and recommend the best coverage options. Sell insurance policies to new and existing clients. Build and maintain Long-term client relationships to ensure satisfaction. Identify Cross-Selling opportunities to optimize sales. Handle Underwriting tasks. A lot of Customer Service Manage Pending Cancellation Account by Non Payments Are You the Ideal Candidate? Fluent in Spanish (required).
Required License:
Must hold a 4-40 or 2-20 insurance license. Prior experience in insurance (preferred). Excellent communication skills and empathy to connect with clients. Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills. Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
Position Goals:
Build client loyalty through exceptional service. Perform cross-selling and provide personalized solutions. Execute underwriting responsibilities efficiently. Avoid cancellations by non-payments
