We are! Join us in a revolution of traditional customer service. You and your team are responsible for our customer experience from A to Z. Serving as brand ambassadors, project managers and coordinators all packaged in one, this role is fundamental to the growth of a thriving branch of an industry leader in the SIP’s (Structural Insulated Panel) market. Structall Building Systems has been serving the building supply market since 1987, differentiating itself from its competitors based on product quality, enhanced customer service and a robust in-house fleet line. We live to serve our entire installer base as a true “One-Stop-Shop!” Tasks will include but not be limited to: Serving as the brand ambassador for live customer traffic in the Lakeland location as well as the primary information station for incoming general information calls on products, basic account management and logistics. Manage all of the Lakeland based Customer Pick Up order administration partnering with the warehouse and dock teams for a smooth customer experience. Daily and weekly order auditor as part of our quality control and accuracy standards Leads outbound calling for weekly delivery confirmations and works with warehouse and logistics teams on any changes. Assists in daily quote and order placements ensuring timely and accurate turn-around for FL based customer accounts. In a consumer marketplace where proactive communication, transparency and courtesy tend to be the exception rather than the rule, we are aiming to showcase our value through our front-line team. Seeking detail-oriented, positive, team-centric individuals with project management and customer service experience. Our ideal candidate doesn’t shy away from challenges and looks to provide solutions rather than simply identifying problems. Our very unique customer base requires both basic daily management tasks and audits but is complimented by more analytical methods of problem solving. Applicants must be able to handle and prioritize deadlines, work efficiently in both a team and individual setting and possess a lifetime learner mentality. Min of 2 years’ experience in customer service or sales operations requested. Bi-Lingual (English and Spanish) abilities are a plus.
