LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking Customer Service Call Center Reps to work with patients for a confidential client. This contract-to-hire role is ideal for individuals with customer service experience, especially those who have worked in call centers or healthcare. Shifts are Mon-Fri, 10am-6:30pm or 11:30am-8pm
Key Responsibilities:
Handle order taking, verify prescriptions, and address package inquiries. Manage prescription refills, patient cues, lab calls, and general prescription refill requests. Maintain a KPI of 12 calls per hour, with 5 minutes for system setup and note-taking.
Requirements:
Must pass a background check and drug screen. High School Diploma required. Recent call center experience is preferred.
Pay Details:
