Customer Service Representative Ultra-Look Corp 4860 Drane Field Road, Lakeland, FL 33811 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative/Order Processor to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional support and assistance. Your primary focus will be on ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy helping others, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer support via phone and email. Handle inbound inquiries and make outbound calls to follow up on customer requests. Process customers’ orders you receive via email or phone. Assist customers with product information, order status, and issue resolution. Invoice customers. Communicate with the shipping department regarding orders. Maintain a professional demeanor while communicating with clients and colleagues. Requirements Previous experience in customer service. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. High attention to detail. Be able to function in a fast-paced environment. Ability to type efficiently while engaging with customers on calls or chats. Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work Excellent problem-solving skills and a positive attitude towards challenges. Ability to work effectively in an office setting as part of a team.
