Ben’s Paint Supply is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Associate at our Lakeland location . Responsibilities include but not limited to answering telephone calls for phone in orders and assisting walk-in customers, processing customer’s orders, lifting up to 50lbs., processing payments, placing orders for out-of-stock products, coordinating delivery orders with the dispatcher, checking in stock orders, and organizing and merchandising product displays. Great retail / customer service job ; Monday through Friday – 8:00am to 4:00pm. Our team is required to provide courteous and knowledgeable support while maintaining a neat and professional appearance.

Applicants should have:

Strong customer service skills Adequate computer skills High school diploma or GED Experience in auto body repair and products is a plus, but not required Competitive pay with signing bonus and performance bonuses available!
