Healthcare Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
Helping others with their general healthcare questions Provide excellent customer service with a high volume inbound call model Assist individuals in understanding their prescription and healthcare options De-escalate and provide additional Assist patients with program enrollment Communicate with Primary Care Team and healthcare providers 70+ Calls each day Review plan with patients and be an advocate for patient care
Qualifications:
Must be able to complete and pass basic computer assessments
Minimum 1 years of high volume call center experience (70+ Calls)
+1 year in a role where you are actively listening and taking notes
Ability to multitask
Able to work 100% on site
Empathetic and able to de-escalate
Reliable and able to provide a empathetic care to all callers
High School diploma/GED•Education Verification will be required
