Full Job Description Duties:

• Must be able to work face-to-face or over the phone with customers to gather information for personal and commercial quotes.
• Processing customer payments (via cash or card) as required.
• General data entry

Requirements:

• 2-3 years previous experience in insurance sales and customer service is preferred
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work independently as well as with a team
• Must be able to speak Spanish and English fluently.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset
