The ideal candidate will act as a liaison between customers and our service department, ensuring that all vehicle maintenance and repair needs are met with exceptional customer service. This role requires a strong understanding of automotive services, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage customer expectations effectively. Duties Greet customers and assess their vehicle service needs, providing clear explanations of services required. Schedule appointments for vehicle maintenance and repairs, ensuring optimal use of technician time. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service history. Collaborate with service technicians to diagnose issues and recommend appropriate solutions. Provide estimates for repairs and services, ensuring transparency in pricing.
