JOB DESCRIPTION
- Respond to incoming phone calls, and placing outgoing calls to others in the organization
- Primary point of contact for customers calling to enroll in company service programs, placing orders and checking on the status of an order
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Call center experience required
- Excellent communication skills
- Good data entry skills
- Basic knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook
- High School Diploma/GEDBENEFITS
