Our schedule consists of Monday through Friday, eight-hour shifts, with no Saturdays or Sundays required. We prioritize your time at home with your family. We are currently seeking an experienced full-time Veterinary Client Service Coordinator for our state-of-the-art medical center. Our team works together daily to make a positive impact on the lives of animals and their families. We are looking for an upbeat, energetic Client Service Coordinator to join our veterinary team. We take pride in providing the highest quality care for our patients and clients with gentleness and compassion. The Client Service Coordinator plays a vital role in achieving this mission. Duties include, but are not limited to: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service to make our clients feel welcomed and appreciated Schedule appointments and maintain the appointment calendar for clients Coordinate and communicate with veterinary staff to ensure efficient and timely delivery of services Assist with client education by providing information on pet care, veterinary procedures, and medication administration Remain calm in stressful and emotional situations while confidently interacting with clients in person and on the phone. Life Balance Minimum Job Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required. At least one year’s recent experience in a medical environment (preferably a veterinary facility) with increasing responsibilities. An equivalent combination of education and experience that is determined to be directly related to the specific requirements may be substituted. Knowledge of general office practices and procedures, and receptionist experience Ability to perform clerical work with speed and accuracy, use a multiple-line telephone system; handle cash and other forms of payment, and interact closely with clients and patients on a daily basis.
