Customer Service Desk Associate Hafner’s Lawn and Supply 6385 Bayberry Street, Milton, FL 32570 Are you passionate about outdoor power equipment and have a knack for customer service? Hafner’s Lawn & Supply is seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Counter/Customer Service Representative to join our team. You’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them with checkouts, educating them on our product lines, and ensuring they have an exceptional shopping experience. Key Responsibilities — Greet customers warmly and ascertain their shopping needs. — Complete customer transactions at the check-out counter. — Provide detailed information and answer customer queries regarding Grasshopper, Echo, Bad Boy, and other power equipment and parts. — Assist customers in selecting the right products based on their needs. — Process sales of machinery, equipment parts, and shop supplies. — Order equipment parts and manage inventory for shop supplies, while keeping a well-organized sales floor. — Perform other duties as needed to ensure the smooth operation of the store. • Exceptional customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Experience with outdoor power equipment brands such as Grasshopper, Echo, and Badboy.
• Knowledge of small engine parts and diagrams.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in point-of-sale systems.
• High school diploma or equivalent. Compensation
