What You’ll Do:

Engage with customers via phone, email, and chat—no cold calling or in-person interactions! Provide accurate order details and ensure customer satisfaction. Use your bilingual skills to assist a diverse customer base. Work with other departments to find solutions and improve processes. This position is mainly responsible for taking customer phone calls for order updates. You will spend a majority of your shift on the phone.

What We’re Looking For:

Fluent in English & Spanish (written and spoken). Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional attitude. Tech-savvy with experience using Gmail, Google, and Microsoft Office. Detail-oriented, dependable, and motivated to succeed. Automotive parts knowledge is a plus, but not required!

Are you able to pass a background check without any issues? Are you able to make and take at least 40 calls in an 8 hour shift?
