Duties Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, addressing customer inquiries and concerns. Provide accurate information regarding products and services to enhance customer satisfaction. Utilize effective phone etiquette to maintain a positive rapport with customers. Perform data entry tasks accurately to update customer records and track interactions. Assist with sales inquiries, promoting products and services as appropriate. Handle cash transactions securely when necessary, ensuring accuracy in cash handling. Communicate effectively with customers in English; bilingual skills are a plus. Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance overall service quality. Maintain knowledge of company policies, procedures, and product offerings to provide informed support. Experience Previous experience in customer service or call center environments is preferred. Strong data entry skills with attention to detail to ensure accuracy in record keeping. Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills are essential for effective interaction with customers. Familiarity with computerized systems for managing customer information is beneficial. Experience in sales or upselling products is a plus but not required.
