Job Description:

This position has overall customer service, scheduling and time management responsibilities for departmental operations and performance, including: Scheduling, Pricing, Profitability and Cost Control Measures.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide introductory information to new customers Ensuring that customers are satisfied with product and services Following up with clients or customers to check that they are satisfied with their purchase Letting customer or clients know about additional products or services Cold calls and follow up on options techs provide to customers Determine the quickest, most effective ways to answer a customer’s question Quickly Handle and communicate Escalating queries and concerns Troubleshoot common issues with products and service Work with other CSR Team members Sell Maintenance agreements through follow ups and expiring membership agreements

Language Skills:

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business material, professional journals, technical procedures, or government regulations. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers and the general public.

Reasoning Ability:

Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

Computer Skills:
