Summary
The Customer Quotation Coordinator will be responsible for processing invoices, ensuring that invoices are accurate and that customers are billed according to the service they received. The Customer Quotation Coordinator will develop quotes by costing materials, supplies, and labor, calculating customer’s payment, including deductibles and generating the invoice to be submitted to the customer for payment. The Customer Quotation Coordinator will possess a high level of attention to detail, the ability to multitask and prioritize, and excel under pressure. The Customer Quotation Coordinator maintains a general understanding of the repair process as it relates to Standard Repair Times and parts pricing which will appear on quote/ invoice to the customer.
Essential Functions
Answer phone calls, provide price quotes and other billing information to customers.
Review estimates to verify the parts for customer quotes are correct and all pricing is in line with the quote.
Make sure all parts are billed on service repair order.
Prepare quotes and submit invoices to customers, ensuring the right information is on the invoice.
Ensure customers are billed correctly for the services provided.
Coordinate with other departments as needed to ensure the accuracy of billing information.
Coordinate and manage the end-to-end process of price quoting.
Write and prepare effective, compliant, and high-quality price quotes.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure billing processes are efficient and effective.
Maintain customer rapport by explaining quotes and obtaining approval of estimates.
Utilize Salesforce.com as the primary tool to manage assigned Quote queue, responding to incoming quote requests from customers in a timely manner. Update required fields in Salesforce.com case once quote is processed and sent to customer.
May use additional secondary systems including Auto integrate, Holman and Element for fleet management quoting/billing.

Qualifications
H.S. Diploma/GED, Required
One (1) year to Two (2) years or more in Customer Service Experience, Required
