As a Lead Generator, your primary responsibility will be to identify and pursue customer opportunities, making initial introductions to potential clients. You will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team by attending sales calls with our sales lead, helping to assess customer opportunities, and providing promotional items to enhance our outreach efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:
Actively seek out and identify new customer opportunities through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and attending events.
Initial Introductions:
Make initial contact with potential customers to introduce our products/services and gauge interest.
Sales Support:
Accompany the sales lead on sales calls to assist in assessing customer needs and opportunities.
Promotional Items:
Provide and manage promotional items to support sales efforts and enhance customer engagement.
Appointment Setting:
Help schedule and coordinate appointments between the sales team and potential customers.
Sales Tracking:
Monitor and track sales progress, providing updates and insights to the sales team.
Customer Onboarding:
Assist in onboarding new customers and reactivating previous customers to ensure a smooth transition.
Recruitment Support:
During downtime, assist the Sarasota branch with recruiting efforts and filling new orders to support overall business operations.
Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Previous experience in sales, customer service, or lead generation is a plus. Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools is preferred.
