The Customer Service/Office Specialist will interact with our customers to identify root causes, provide solutions, and resolve issues. The qualified candidate will possess the ability to be highly efficient with responsibilities in a time sensitive environment. Reliable attendance and punctuality for scheduled work hours is an essential obligation of the position. Essential Job Functions Professionally responding to calls from vendors, internal customers as well as guests meeting the needs of each or routing calls to sales associates Partnering with various departments to schedule deliveries Ensure accuracy of customer sales orders Assisting customers with online payments Ability to Lift 25lbs Job Requirements Customer service savvy; solid desire to accomplish highest level of customer satisfaction Strong communication (written and verbal) and organizational skills Detail oriented Highly efficient math skills, basic accounting a plus Supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment Solid computer skills Must be able to work a retail schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays Bilingual a plus
