Job Description
Customer Service and Sales Associate A&K Enterprise of Manatee, Inc. 2002 Limbus Avenue, Sarasota, FL 34243 We manufacture resort patio furniture here in Sarasota Florida and we are looking for a full-time Sales Associate to join our team! We are family-run business. We need someone that can be available for a Monday to Friday schedule and possess the ability to handle phone calls, provide excellent customer service, and manage freight quotes. Additionally, familiarity with computer sales and QuickBooks is essential. Experience in a sales or customer service role. Proficiency with QuickBooks and computer basics and emails. Strong understanding of basic mathematics for pricing, quotes, and order processing. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine ability to connect with people. A proactive and positive attitude, with a commitment to providing exceptional service. Ability to work a Monday to Friday schedule.
