Customer Service Building Supply Position Available In Sarasota, Florida

Customer Service Building Supply R & W Distributors, Inc. Sarasota, FL 34240 R & W Distributors, a division of CastCrete USA, is a busy building material supply company with an opening in our Sarasota location. Customer service is a top priority here at R&W, and this employee will be dealing with our customers continuously throughout the day as well processing invoices through data entry. This employee will be working in both the office and at our customer pick up counter in our warehouse. A typical day for this position: Entering customer orders in our warehouse at the customer pick up counter. Matching current day’s work orders to delivery tickets and entering as an invoice through our accounting system Taking orders via phone, or email Answering customer requests for updates on status of delivery, change orders etc. Fielding phone calls to the appropriate department Personal skills: Excellent customer service skills Ability to multitask and remain organized Willing to follow procedures Strong attention to detail Able to process data efficiently and accurately Able to utilize basic math skills specifically relating to inches to feet conversion and vice versa, rounding and multiplication We have an open office/warehouse work environment with a family feel atmosphere. Candidate must enjoy working with others as the office team works closely together throughout the day. Hours for this position are Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. for a total of 40 hours a week. Paid vacation time and medical benefits apply.
