Description We are looking for a skilled and personable Customer Service Representative to join our team on a Contract to permanent basis in Sarasota, Florida. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. This position offers an opportunity to work in a detail-oriented healthcare manufacturing environment and contribute to the success of a dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls to address customer inquiries and concerns.
- Accurately process orders and allocate goods based on customer needs.
- Maintain and update customer accounts, ensuring all information is current and accurate.
- Collaborate closely with the shipping department to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
- Follow provided scripts during customer interactions while maintaining a warm and detail-oriented demeanor.
- Manage inventory supply levels and communicate any shortages or delays to relevant departments.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with internal teams to meet customer requirements.
- Respond to email correspondence in a timely and detail-oriented manner.
- Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Utilize Microsoft Word and Excel for documentation and reporting purposes. Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center or related environment.
- Proficiency in handling both inbound and outbound calls.
- Strong skills in data entry and maintaining accurate records.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel for daily tasks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including email correspondence.
- Ability to process orders and manage inventory effectively.
- Warm and approachable personality with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
