Customer Service Representative:

Customer Service Representative:
No prior automotive experience required but some office experience is needed Self-motivated, enthusiastic, organized and detailed oriented Computer literate & able to work on the computer all day Attentive, Articulate & Professional Exceptional interpersonal skills & experience working customer service Ability to complete tasks quickly and efficiently in a fast pace environment
Job Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome customers in the waiting room Schedule vehicle repair appointments accordingly Make & receive phone calls throughout the day Assist customers with inquires, concerns and requests in a professional and timely manner Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email and in-person Maintain current customer information in computer system Collect and record customer’s vehicle complaints and accurate vehicle information Use All Data Repair to prepare repair orders with detailed accuracy Communicate customer requests with service advisors Receive & correctly log cash, check, and card payments from customers Clean office & waiting room at the end of each day
