Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm
Compensation:
$18.00/hour plus monthly performance bonuses About the
Role:
As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the voice of the company, handling both inbound and outreach communications. You’ll engage with active and inactive clients, follow up with customers who have incomplete transactions, and respond to service inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer support via telephone and email Handle customer concerns professionally and effectively Diagnose and resolve issues promptly Identify opportunities to recommend additional products or services Process orders and maintain accurate customer records
Required Qualifications:
