PM Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Dispatcher to join our HVAC and plumbing team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate technicians efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls and assist customers with scheduling HVAC and plumbing service appointments
• Make outbound calls to schedule customers for maintenance, repairs, and installations
• Dispatch technicians efficiently based on location, availability, and job urgency
• Use computer systems to track and update job statuses in real-time
• Communicate with technicians throughout the day to ensure job completion and schedule adjustments
• Maintain accurate records of service requests, customer interactions, and job details
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve scheduling conflicts professionally
• Work closely with technicians and management to ensure smooth daily operations

Qualifications:

• Previous dispatch experience in HVAC, plumbing, or home services is a plus but not required.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills required; experience with ServiceTitan or other CRM software is a plus
• Knowledge of HVAC and plumbing terminology is a plus but not required
• Positive attitude and strong customer service skills
