Job Description

Entry Level Customer Support Representative Sindi Enterprise Sarasota, FL 34243 We’re hiring an Entry Level Customer Support Representative to join our fast-growing telecommunications retail sales team. As a Customer Support Representative, you’ll be the front line of the customer experience — representing top-tier wireless and internet providers, answering questions, handling retail sales, and ensuring every customer walks away confident and satisfied. This is a direct customer-facing role where you’ll promote telecom products, help with account setups, and guide customers through every step of the sales process. Whether you’re helping someone with a device upgrade or assisting a first-time customer choosing their plan, you’ll deliver personalized service and support that leads to successful sales and long-term customer satisfaction. This position is ideal for individuals looking to grow in retail, customer service, and telecommunications sales. This is a full-time, in-person role offering uncapped commission, and a path to grow into leadership, account management, and sales management roles. We provide paid training, hands-on coaching, and a team-oriented culture focused on growth, results, and recognition.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Engagement:

Speak with customers face-to-face in a busy retail environment to identify needs

Consultation:

Recommend customized telecom service plans including wireless internet

Support:

Guide customers through sales upgrades, account activations, and sales ervice adjustments

Sales:

Promote and sell telecommunications packages, upsell current customers, and close new accounts

Customer Service:

Deliver outstanding, knowledgeable, and friendly customer support during every interaction

Collaboration:

Work as part of a team to support daily retail operations and reach sales goals

Follow-Up:

Track customer activity, maintain updated sales records, and follow up on service requests and product inquiries

What We’re Looking For:
