This is a fully onsite role handling inbound calls related to payments, policy changes, cancellations, and general inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle all inbound customer calls related to payments, endorsements, inquiries, and cancellations. Provide First-Class customer service to insureds, agents, and internal team members. Perform various policy-level transactions within your level of authority (e.g., policy changes, cancellations). Accurately document call details and ensure follow-up when necessary. Support team initiatives and projects aimed at improving service delivery.
Requirements:
Must have an active 440 or 220 license (required). Previous insurance customer service experience preferred. Ability to work fully onsite, Monday through Friday. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation & Details:
Contract duration: 6+ months with possible extension.
Pay:
Up to $22/hour , based on experience and licensing.
