Service Advisor/Writer Bicycles International 1752 South Tamiami Trail, Venice, FL 34293 Bicycles International is busy and looking for career minded individuals to join our team. Currently we need a qualified experienced service advisor to assist our fast-paced service department. As a Service Advisor, you will own our customer’s experience in the service department. You are the first point of contact with our customers and will be well-versed in customer service. From greeting to explaining the repair process, our Service Advisors are true professionals who enjoy helping others with a passion for the bicycle industry.
Requirements:
- Good knowledge of different types of bicycles
- Very good computer skills
- Excellent communication and follow up skills
- Self-motivated
- Team Player We are open seven days a week need to be available to work weekends.
