We’re hiring a Technical Customer Support Specialist for a well-established manufacturing company in Sarasota! This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys solving technical problems, working with electro-mechanical systems, and supporting customers in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.
Schedule:
Monday- Friday 8am-5pm (Hours may vary)
Pay:
$20-$23/
Hour Job Duties:
Provide phone-based technical support for mobility and accessibility product lines to dealers, distributors, and customers Lead and support product training sessions focused on installation, service, and repair Participate in new product development efforts to improve serviceability and customer experience Troubleshoot electro-mechanical issues and guide repairs using technical schematics Maintain accurate records, return authorizations, and service documentation Create and manage training materials in the company’s Learning Management System (LMS) Occasionally travel to customer locations (minimal travel) Operate internal systems such as Salesforce, Syspro, Arena, and video conferencing tools
Required Experience:
2+ years of experience in technical customer support or field service Solid understanding of electro-mechanical systems and troubleshooting techniques Ability to read schematics and technical diagrams Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems (Salesforce and Syspro preferred)
