At Charity Auto Donation, we pride ourselves in assisting donors with the entire car donation process. We have handled over 200,000 car donations over the past 10 years, and are looking to add a team member to be the forefront communicator with our friendly donors.
Responsibilities:
Inbound Call Responsibilities:
Answering Donation Inquiries:
Explain how the donation process works. Provide information on tax deductions, vehicle eligibility, and timelines.
Collecting Donor Information:
Gather essential details such as donor name, contact information, vehicle location, and vehicle condition.
Scheduling Pickups:
Coordinate with towing services or logistics to arrange vehicle pickups.
Entering Data Accurately:
Input donation details into the CRM or donation management system.
Customer Service:
Address donor concerns, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience.
Outbound Call Responsibilities:
Follow-Up Calls:
Contact potential donors who expressed interest but didn’t complete the process. Confirm details or documents needed to finalize the donation.
Appointment Reminders:
Confirm or remind donors of scheduled pickups or required paperwork.
Survey or Feedback Requests:
Follow up post-donation to gather feedback and assess donor satisfaction.
Reengagement:
Reach out to previous donors for potential future donations or referrals.
General Skills & Expectations:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of cars and tax-related donation benefits. Proficiency in CRM software or call center platforms. Ability to work with empathy, especially since many donors are motivated by charitable intentions.
Compensation:
This is a work from home position. Paid time off Paid training Computer and phone hardware provided, fast reliable home internet required. $18.00hr starting
