We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President,Client Service Director I to join our Client Excellence team. Thisrole is on a hybrid schedule (in office 3 days a week), and can belocated out of our Pittsburgh, PA or Lake Mary, FL or Everett, MAoffice. In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

Deliver exceptional service aligned to client needs andexpectations Leads team members across multiple lines of businessin providing support to clients Provide strong client governanceFocus on continuous service improvements across all products andservice Develop a thorough understanding of clients’ business andmodel To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

Bachelors degree or the equivalent 5-7 years of total workexperience in Financial Services Experience in servicing clients inone (or more) of the following sectors: State and Public Funds(Pensions), Corporate Pensions, Endowments & Foundations At BNY,our culture speaks for itself.
