As a Client Support Representative, you’ll be on the front lines of customer engagement—serving as a trusted guide and advocate. You’ll walk customers through their sales options, uncover the best sales solutions, and ensure a smooth, confident service experience from start to finish. Your Role as a
Client Support Representative:
Deliver responsive, personalized sales support to customers with professionalism, empathy, and care Act as a Client Support Representative for the company by maintaining professional and courteous communication with all clients. Use active listening and consultative skills to assess customer needs and recommend appropriate services Build trust through clear sales communication, attention to detail, and consistent follow-through Represent our client’s brand with a deep understanding of their products, services, and sales values Support outreach and awareness efforts in assigned local markets or territories Collaborate with internal teams to improve and innovate customer engagement strategies Participate in regular sales training sessions, team meetings, and virtual events to continually enhance your service delivery skills Maintain accurate sales records and stay informed about updates to client offerings and processes
Client Support Representative Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required At least 1 year of experience in customer service, sales, management, or a related role preferred Prior experience as a Client Support Representative is highly desirable Strong communication skills and a desire to learn, grow, and contribute to the Client Support Representative team A dependable, team-first approach and a commitment to delivering excellent service
