We work closely with contractors, homeowners, and industry professionals across the region. If you have experience in the metal roofing or construction industry — great! Role:

As a Customer Service / Administrative Assistant, you’ll play a key part in keeping our day-to-day operations running smoothly. You’ll be the first point of contact for many of our customers — both over the phone and in person — and support our sales and production teams with administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Answering phone calls and assisting walk-in customers in a professional and friendly manner Creating and processing customer estimates, quotes, and invoices Preparing and managing work orders Communicating with our production team and keeping customers updated on orders General office duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining customer records Supporting team members with additional tasks as needed
