Provide top-notch support to customers via phone and email Troubleshoot basic technical issues and guide customers to solutions Use multiple computer systems, apps, and tools simultaneously Deliver a positive, energetic, and professional experience with every interaction Collaborate with the team to continuously improve the customer journey
