In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a customer-centric attitude, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Duties Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. Provide accurate information regarding products and services, addressing customer needs effectively. Handle outbound calling to follow up on customer inquiries or provide additional support as needed. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions through data entry into our computerized system. Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while communicating with customers to ensure clarity and professionalism. Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance overall customer satisfaction. Assist in resolving customer complaints by identifying the issue and providing appropriate solutions. Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers. Requirements Bilingual in Spanish and English is required. Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for effective interaction with customers. Proficient in data entry and comfortable using office software and computerized systems. Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to manage calls professionally and courteously. Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering quality service to customers. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
