Our client located in the heart of Lake Mary, FL is seeking a detail-oriented and friendly Customer Service Representative to support our spa operations by handling client inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms. You’ll play a key role in ensuring a smooth and positive experience for our guests before and after their appointments. Apply today for an immediate interview!!

$15 – $16 per hour

work hours: 8:30 AM – 5 PM

High School Responsibilities Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond promptly to phone calls, emails, and online messages regarding appointments, services, and general spa inquiries
  • Assist clients with rescheduling, service questions, and post-service follow-up
  • Provide accurate information on spa offerings, policies, and pricing
  • Document and track client interactions using internal systems
  • Resolve client concerns with empathy and professionalism, escalating issues as needed

Qualifications:
  • 1+ year of experience in customer service or call center setting (spa or wellness industry a plus)
  • strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Calm, professional demeanor with excellent problem-solving ability
  • Comfortable working on phones and managing multiple systems or chats at once
  • Basic computer proficiency (email, scheduling systems, CRM tools)
  • Must be reliable, organized, and customer-focused Skills
