We are currently looking to hire a new Dispatcher/Customer Service Representative to add to our team! This position will play an integral role in the customer service and organizational strength of our company. You will need to provide administrative support, greet and direct visitors and respond to calls/emails. Qualified candidates will have impeccable verbal and written communication skills, a strong ability to multi-task and a friendly demeanor. Conduct clerical duties, including scheduling, filing, answering phone calls, responding to emails and preparing documents Coordinate project deliveries, appointments, etc. Schedule appointments for all fields Provide administrative support for the office Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong knowledge of Quick Books software preferred Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects Customer-service oriented Able to complete complex administrative tasks with minimal supervision Must work well in a team environment and have strong communication skills Must have a valid drivers license Able to pass background check and drug test Annual performance based bonus
