We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Director ofClient Service to join our Treasury Services Client Services team;this role will be located in Pittsburgh, PA. Within this role, youwill make an impact in the following ways: Lead with Thought,People/Client driven focus adhering to BNY management policies andguidelines; cultivating Team Culture & Talent; embedding ongoingtransformation principles Re-enforcing the BNY Pillars & PrincipalsMentor through ongoing coaching & development; continuing tostrengthen your personal development needs Gain & leverage a soundunderstanding of BNY’s organizational hierarchy, to drive keystrategic business needs (on/offshore) CTB/RTB Ensuring appropriateoversight & governance of our Risk & Control Framework Strategizewith key stakeholders to drive an intentional, ongoingtransformation agenda (tactical & strategic) Represent GlobalClient Service, leading Incidents, driving Client Engagement,Communication, etc. Enhance & maintain robust, healthy partnershipswith key stakeholders (internally & externally) Provide Level 2 & 3support: Escalations, Client Due Diligence, etc. reporting toGlobal Head, and Liaising w/Service Directors, Segment Heads, keystakeholders, etc.

Oversee Team Governance & Structure:

recruiting,retention, improve & maintain Voice of the Employee and Voice ofthe Client survey results, etc. Meet target objectives(performance, behavior, productivity & risk); achieve trainingjourney requirements To be successful in this role, we’re seekingthe following: Bachelors degree or the equivalent combination ofexperience (Banking/Financial) is required 10 years of total workexperience; diverse experience in Service & Operational WholesaleBanking Industry Self-motivated with proven commitment to clientfocus and lean thought process Strong communication skills;written, verbal and effective listening skills Ability to becross-fungible and multitask under pressure Able to adapt tochanging environment and business/organizational demands Deepunderstanding of traditional wholesale banking products, such as:

Domestic/International Clearing methods, Receivables/Payables,Wires, ACH, Checks, Lockbox, Faster Payments, etc. Certification inOperational Excellence and/or Six Sigma a plus Proficient inMicrosoft Office suite At BNY, our culture speaks for itself.
